You will handle multi-time-zone interview scheduling, track candidate pipelines in Excel and Workday, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal leadership and external talent. salary: $28 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume candidate interviews across multiple time zones (e.g., Eastern, Central, Pacific) using virtual platforms and roost scheduling tools.
- Serve as the central point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and senior hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
- Maintain and format recruiting tracking spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including accurately adding, updating, and removing candidate records.
- Manage candidate records and workflow within the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high data integrity and candidate dispositioning.
- Adapt dynamically to shifting hybrid schedules, working onsite in the Washington, DC office up to two days per week to support leadership.
- Assist with ad-hoc recruitment operations, job posting management, and departmental projects as needed.
