Manufacturing Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.75 to $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Set up and operate production presses and equipment to manufacture quality gasket products.
• Inspect, measure, and verify parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Package finished products, prepare shipments, and complete production documentation accurately.
• Monitor machine performance, maintain production efficiency, and report quality issues or defects.
• Follow all safety procedures and support production schedules through reliable manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Set up and operate production presses to manufacture gasket products.
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures while meeting production and efficiency goals.
• Must pass an assessment test.
• MUST have an updated resume. 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
