Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in New York.
  • 2 3+ years of litigation experience.
  • Experience with state and federal court litigation.
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize work effectively in a busy practice.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or administrative tribunals is a plus.

Why Join Us:

  • Gain hands-on litigation experience across research, drafting, advocacy, court proceedings, hearings, depositions and trials.
  • Work alongside experienced attorneys and learn within a collaborative, supportive legal environment.
  • Take ownership of meaningful matters while strengthening your legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.

  • Develop your courtroom and case-management experience while working on challenging client matters.
  • Join a growing team that values initiative, teamwork, strong communication and professional development.
